Sniff Seattle, the Seattle area’s premiere dog walking and pet sitting service, is looking for new team members! Can you deliver exceptional service to our wonderful clients and their pets every visit? If that sounds like you, we want you on our team!
We’re looking for passionate pet care professionals to join our crew of dog walkers. It’s a fun, part-time job working with dogs, getting paid to do something you’ve done for free.
Pay is per walk. So more walks is a good thing. We’ll keep you busy — and you’ll get raises after six and 12 months!
We need you Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. You must be available, responsible and punctual. Also, dog walking happens outdoors. So you’ve gotta be alright working in the rain or shine and hot or cold. Finally, you must love all dogs — and dogs must adore you!
See our job requirements and apply by email only, please. Include your job history and references, and tell us about your previous work with pets. And a few words about who you are.

“My husband and I are either going to buy a dog or have a child. We can’t decide whether to ruin our carpets or ruin our lives.” ~ Rita Rudner
That’s a joke, of course. And it may or may not ring true for you. If you live in Seattle, you have to wonder. There are 153,000 dogs here. Just 107,000 kids.
Guess that makes it a pretty good place to be a dog walker! Or a carpet cleaner.

St. Patrick drove all the snakes out of Ireland (or something like that). How do you think he managed that? Must’ve had some help of the canine variety, we’re thinkin’!
Quincy aka “The Q Man” agrees. Here he is celebrating “St. Patty’s Dog” last weekend.

I snapped this pic recently during one of my daily walks with two gorgeous Akitas, Bella (pictured) and Niko (not).
We were strolling through Seattle Center and we came across this firetruck from Belltown’s Ladder Company 4. It looked like they were stretching out their ladder — maybe even working on it.
Seeing that these ladders stretch pretty far, my theory is that you need to go somewhere with a whole bunch of wide open space like Seattle Center to work on them.
Well … unless anyone can offer an alternate theory, that’s what I’m going with.

Kahlo is a Pit Bull who was rescued from Miami (where the breed is against the law). Now, she lives happily in the Capitol Hill area in Seattle.
And we LOVE walking this sweetie! Sniff Seattle doesn’t breed discriminate.
