One of those quotes that does the ol’ switcheroo. At first glance, I instinctively thought the “training” referred to the dog.
In addition to being clever, Corey Ford’s quote is very insightful. Because in the end, the responsibility lies with us to make sure we’re always using best practices with our pets.
