Just about every natural disaster takes its toll on the animal world, too. The recent deadly tornadoes that blew threw the Southeast are no different.
There’s some happy news, though. Thirty dogs from a shelter in Georgia were recently moved to a shelter in New York state, where they’ll get a chance at a new life.
The New York shelter got involved because the Georgia shelter was completely full — and had to make room for even more dogs that were displaced by the storms.
